Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of custom surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding products by Blide (Marrazzo Angelo VAT ID 09832140967 C.F. MRRNGL86L14E801O) offers products via the website blide.zone (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site’) or through manual orders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Manual Orders’)

Products

• The products are those listed on the Site at the time of ordering, with descriptions and technical characteristics. Images are indicative and not binding.
• Custom products, which are not listed on the site, are provided with technical details at the time of manual order. Images are indicative.

Prices

• Prices are in Euro, VAT included.
• Shipping costs are indicated for each product and include VAT.
• Discounted prices indicate the full reference price.
• Prices may vary, but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

• Orders are placed on the site or manually.
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is obligatory for both types of order.

Payments

• Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.
• Payment is required at the time of ordering.
• If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will only be processed once your Blide account has been credited.
• Any payment fees are indicated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping is by courier service. Delivery times vary per product and are divided between production and shipping.
• Any delays do not entitle to compensation and will be communicated by Blide.
• On delivery, the customer must check the condition of the products and sign the delivery note. Blide packaging is sealed with Blide tape to guarantee the integrity of the package.
• Picking up the product is the customer’s obligation. In the event of non-delivery due to absence, the courier will leave a notice with information to arrange redelivery or collection.

Withdrawal Right

• The customer has the right to withdraw within 10 working days of receipt. Withdrawal must be communicated using the appropriate form on the Returns/Refunds page.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure or customised products.
• Products must be returned intact, with original packaging and accessories, and must not have been used.
• In the event of a decrease in the value of the product due to handling, the refund amount will be reduced by this decrease. The Seller shall notify the user within 5 working days of receipt of the product.
• Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.
• The refund shall be made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer within 10 days of receipt of the product and acceptance of the return.

Warranty

• The products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the order date.
• The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, excluding damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, water or moisture (for skateboards and balance boards only) or significant impacts.

Complaints

Any complaints should be sent to info@blide.zone specifying the reason and order number.

Liability

Blide is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These G.C.C. are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on e-commerce.

The place of jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Milan.
